Are none of you guys worried about the share structure???

4.3b O/S and 4.75b A/S And I'm hearing valuations of $1.00??

ECI$ has a A/S of 300 million and is hovering at 16 cents with millions in revenue....

I'm not here to rain on the parade but if this structure issue is not addressed soon there will be no room for further notes to converts and Alot of investors who are unware how a structure must be maintained for funding will have a very rude reality check.....

Until there is a clear plan for this share structure I am out of this stock....
