I wrote about it back when many shareholders were in love with the NTEK-HHSE tie-up. If there's really no longer any partnership its great news for HHSE shareholders.

With respect to share issuances for that POFS deal. No idea. Was never worth one HHSE share. Look at how NTEK performed and think if you'd want to be associated with them.
