because they have better things to do than micro manage the 0.12-0.14 HUGE lol tradeing range of the stock and you gotta think those guys are smart and rich and come from a different background than most of us..so my thoughts are ( TO THEM THE 8K SHOULDA BEEN SELF EXPLAINATORY) but to the avg. joe its utter comfusion and if avg. joe dont understand, then it must be bad..thats EXACTLY what happend..NOW the stock fell people are freaking out and im sure they got a ton of feed back from some of u guys and dont be suprised to see some sorta PR or something in the AM before open
