The issue here isn't just hardwood floors.
Next, everybody will question the floor quality at Home Depot, Lowes and others.

They are buying all this from China folks. China is the knockoff capitol
of the world and it's easy for them to sneak in cheaper quality if you don't check 'everything'!

LL is likely the victim here. Their tests will probably show they have alot of good flooring
with a smaller percent of knockoff quality flooring mixed in on certain lots.
Thats a common pattern with counterfeits.

The US govt finds they get even knockoff parts for the F15's.
Every company in the US has likely had quality issues because of Chinese knockoffs.
It's that big.
The counterfeit everything market is very real and thats the real problem.
If everybody really checks the quality of what they have we will know the truth....
and then we'll really be scared.
