I disagree...the statement below is self-contradictory...the release says this:

The shares of the Company will trade ex-distribution on March 6, 2015, meaning that purchasers of the Company’s shares after March 6, 2015, will not receive Spinco shares pursuant to the Arrangement.

When the stock trades ex-distribution, that means, without the Spinco shares.

If it truly trades ex-distribution tomorrow, then today was the last day to get shares in Spinco.

If purchasers of the company's shares after March 6 will not receive the dividend, then it trades ex-distribution on March 9, not March 6.
