If that was Mike selling today it has to be at 5 billion by now.
Mike told me that when he took over the company there was a lot of debt that he had to convert. The 2.5 billion + or - shares that where issued since he took over has gotten rid of a lot of that debt that Marc Lovito left him with. Marc Lovito left this company in real bad shape with no money and a lot of debt. Mike is still cleaning up his mess.
