To show you what a STUPID scam artist he is, he tried to cover his tracks in regards to having the TA issue more shares outstanding than shares authorized by back dating the amendment to 1/21/15 even though it was filed on 2/25/15.

However, his SEC 10Q filing which stated the shares authorized as of 1/21/15 as 5 billion conflicts this amendment.

So were we trying to cover our tracks or just blatantly lying in another SEC filing Mr. Rico?
