Need some actual value to entice buyers. This is a shell with little revenue, that has diluted close to a billion shares in the last 11mo and brought nothing to the table. They keep talking about 5HH yet they haven't even protected that name which is the only thing it possibly would have going for it in an established MJ market with lots of other choices.

What do folks see in this shell that new investors should be interested in? I see red flags all over and yet haven't seen any legit info to suppress those raised concerns.
