it's not really surprising. it's sad.

we should have been around the $5.39 (before subsequent dilution) number from September 2012 in the first place.

we rightfully deserve to be in the high $3s now, or better, if our BOD & Garnick have been sincere/truthful with us since the debacle, without regard for safe harbor statements.

this move is peanuts.
