We saw a long drawn out decline after the reverse split in the fall of 2005. The drop was about 75% and it began right after the R/S and a much hoped for spike in share price to .34. It went on for about six weeks, as I remember, and I kept investing, averaging down to about .14. Patience has its rewards. The present decline will end quickly, as soon as the benefits of the merger become clear. What I'm looking forward to are those institutional investors who will have their eye on NDOL's $14B in oil reserves coming on board. Getting back to the buyout offer price will take a while I'm sure, maybe a few weeks or so or until there is news of a move to a higher exchange and so on, but that's just the beginning of the story for our newly formed company. Hang in there, Nord brothers, long and strong, and you won't be disappointed.
