Asus,

I noticed my question to you went unanswered.

I would like to place a final piece of DD.

Before I join Mastercraft in a self imposed exile from I-Hub.

Two Fridays ago, I drove 740 miles round trip from Sugar Land Texas in one day to visit PBLS in Louisiana. My engine service light came on near Beaumont on the way back. This was not easy as it was the day after giving a presentation on LNG at Electric Power 2006 in Atlanta. I guess for those of you that dig, now you know who I am.

This was my second visit to one of their locations. The first was ProGas in Houston the month before. My coworker has had the time to talk to traders and co-workers from some of the previous companies that some of the people from ProGas worked at and these people at ProGas were deemed competent or better.

I had Doe nuts with the 3D builder guy (He had no idea who I was).
I had a 30 – 45 minute meeting with Paul A & Ron B.
I had lunch with Ron B

What did I learn?
1) They are in a House because it is a historic district. $500,000 paid for. Even BANKONE was in a house
2) They have NO Debt
3) They have an average daily bank account balance of $3,000,000
4) 3D Builders will be busy for 10 years
5) I saw cardboard shots of the new website (Class Act)
6) The real value of this stock at this moment is .25
7) They could be making deals to get back restricted shares issued
8) They are in the middle for a deal for 8 rigs (2 deep, Hello NV)
9) The 900,000,000 bbl lease was too expensive and would of been as capital intensive as an oil sands lease to develop. Tells me they are looking for a “company maker” project
10) A deal for some type of refining installation fell through because they did not trust someone
11) These people hate liars
12) They are disappointed with the average KY well hit and are moving on to better targets
13) They are cash rich presently but could go into $5 million of debt to secure a fantastic asset
14) The banking relationships ProGas has will be an asset
15) The business of ProGas will expand and the profit margin will increase
16) A trader from a big trading house might be interested in jumping the fence, Paul mentioned the numbers of the business and I guess the company name, Paul would not comment. But he knew the numbers and there is only one company out there with them. Huge.
17) The value in the next year or so will be a dollar or better
18) They are very interested in the July 3rd ruling that goes into effect concerning short positions
19) Paul A will do what is best for the company and not what is best for the short term. He will not bend to the whaling of investors for short term $$.

When I went in to the office I told Paul the following before we talked

1) I represent 7.1 to 8 million in shares owned by my company, myself and co-workers
2) I am not here to force a form 10 date
3) I am not here to see the mine
4) We just want to know whether to hold or add

This will make sense in a minute.

My back ground;
The company I work for has published over 68,000 reports on capital spending projects by companies in North America and to some extent across the globe. I can tell in a voice if something is there or not. I have followed capital projects from inception to commissioning.

I along with 20 others were trained by a man who was employed by the “Company” (No Not PBLS) for nine years in their global geological resource department before he came to our company.

We were trained in penetration tactics and how to derive information without asking direct questions because actions and motives speak louder than words.

On top of the 20 heavy research personal there an additional 35 lower echelon personal support us to maintain the data base.

Why does this matter?

Because when I call for research I am;
1) John Kelly from Global Services
2) Jeff Pines from Sabine Turbine
3) Ted Jones from Global Engineering
4) Chuck Wagon from Capital Ventures

What ever it takes to gain the information. Have I called PBLS and asked for people on their company tree just to see if they exist? You bet. The list of people Beyond Paul A. Ron B. John B. Tom C. Mike M. that I have had several conversations with, was only the start. Was it honest? No. Was it legal? Yes, you would not believe the crud an investigative reporters from the news will do. We are no where near their blatant set of tactics. Our job is to get in touch someone, get the info and exit the conversation without them ever knowing they were touched.

I hope all here do well with PBLS and it was nice to meet many of you (And No I do Not Know Any Insider Information).

PS
My car is at Sterling McCall Nissan in Sugar Land if any one wants to pony up…
