My quick opinion on Offor not participating is that I think he originally planned on it. I think it may have been a timing issue or some other kind of trouble/restriction at that time. I also strongly feel part of his strategy is to use other peoples money WHEN possible. It is called leverage. He, of course, wants ERHE to be successful and since he has by far the largest piece of the EHRE pie, he will make the most by the stock price/company succeeding. If he can get others to help fund until oil is discovered, that leverages his investment in EHRE and allows him to spread the risk of not discovering oil.

This is a long term game plan with multiple properties in multiple countries. I think this is way more complex than many here realize. This is not a game to cheat a few small shareholders out of their minor contributions to the share price.
