has anyone heard when they may issue promotional shares for the default of Williams Communications purchased some time ago I know they have no obligation to do so but to keep investors interest in the market place it has been done before. I hold 500 shares of Williams Communications for some ten years or more in different brokerage accounts that I try to keep current.
