Brad Nichols was the brains of this operation. Bill is a mama-boy surfer who lives out of his wife's purse.

LVVV is doomed for sure.

From personal experience trying to negotiate with Bill Hodson it was clear he was not in charge of things -- now we know that Dick Weed and Brad Nichols were making all the decisions while Bill was a mere figurehead CEO.

His hiking video makes it clear that this has changed, however, and Bill now does have authority and the power to run the business the way he believes is best.

I think that's a positive sign. LVVV should rise or fall based on Bill Hodson's decisions alone, that at least will be honest and real.

If Bill is not guilty of criminal acts or civil fraud in connection with Dick Weed and/or Asher and/or anyone else then perhaps now he will make public statements and disclose facts that show this to be true. Otherwise it looks like the rats are fleeing his sinking ship and hiding from law enforcement.

Even Bill must agree that making no statement about the apparent risk of his personal criminal prosecution in the near future is bizarre and does not inspire confidence.

Maybe Dick Weed and Brad Nichols were responsible for the previous corporate policy of non-disclosure and evasion.

And what about Tony T., the CEO of APRU?

Not a scrap of info from him, not a millimeter of progress.

Tony is most likely guilty only of having dollar signs in his eyes from imagining his stock price going up. He never gave me any reason to question his motives because he was clear about why he was involved and what he hoped to achieve with the opportunity he created by working on LVVV and APRU with Bill.

If Tony is able to raise capital, there's still a chance for him to achieve his objectives. I'd say a better chance now than when he was being told what to do by Dick and Brad.

It is frustrating that Bill and Tony decided to waste so many months of valuable time trying to posture and position to participate in the schemes that Dick and Brad were coming up with to try to pump up the market price. They could have been making progress instead during that time.

Maybe now progress will happen if the game-playing is finished and if Bill and Tony are not guilty of any financial crimes from the last few years of scheming.
