Any evidence to support Frasier being open to a buy-out? I wonder
what he would want for this company...What he thinks it is worth &
would be willing to take to move on.

I would LOVE to BUY this stock: It has all the qualities I look
for. Except some scanning criteria & the obvious, as far as how this
CEO conducts himself in the face of his fiduciary obligations to
shareholders.

This is another one of those companies that has nearly EVERYTHING
you would EVER WANT to see in a Penny Stock. Frasier makes or breaks
it for investors & so far, well,....
