In terms of the EU Patents they have to clean up the wording before they have the granting of the patent. I would say a month or 2 more on that minimum. IMO

claims 16-22 and 24- 37 are dependent claim and are not drafted in accordance with the second and third sentences of Rule 6.4(a).
