You are right on that. The RS did not really appreciate the PPS significantly. It had an immediate bounce but then settled right back to almost pre-RS levels. I guess the RS was to improve the share structure, vis-à-vis the ratio of float to OS and Market CAP, which would make the stock more attractive to financial investors. Recall, Shumel and eight others from Israel went to NY late last year to raise capital, but were unsuccessful. Also, an improved share structure, resulting from the RS would help in the event BBRD is up-listed to NASDAQ down the road. Also, if I recall, the SEC instituted a new policy some time ago that would prohibit startups, pinks and OTC from trading below 1 penny. I don't know if it became law or when it is to take effect. It's probable, that was factor in the RS. We don't know for sure, and we may never know. Steven
