Are you referring to the proof of a non-reporting scam company all of a sudden reporting stock purchases at the very top of the last pump.....kind of like just to make sure the pump continues?


Oh my, wonder why we have never seen any reports sense?

Because they were walking the very fine line between illegal and legal.......do a little research and you will find many scam companies have done the exact same thing
