I sent a comment via AMEP's website last night and got a phone call from Mr. Christopher today (head of AMEP). I did not request a call so was surprised that he would.
He was very informative and told me the 10Q was late because this is the last time rules permit their current auditor to file. There is a limit of five years and he thinks the auditor has been slow since he knows there will be no more business coming from AMEP.

As far as the business is progressing they are happy with the way things are going. Seems as if they got quite a bit of rain and are having to deal with that. Natural Gas prices have dropped but should start coming up again. That was about it.

He had some nice things to say about GreeneyedHawk who has been on site several times and seen the operation. He will be glad to discuss AMEP's operations with anyone that would like to do so.

They are sitting on lots of gas and oil and he believes everyone invested will be rewarded well.
