1.9 bil is still nothing for a penny stock. Can't just run out and dilute shares anyway. They still have to be issued which the OS was half of the previous 950 AS which is still the same and the float is less than that which is TINY compared to others.

It's all about perception. The the AS was 5 bil and they lowered it to 1.9 people would be flooding in to buy but if it's raised to 1.9 bil then it's a scam. Compare it to other stocks and share structures and see its much less than others. If they raised it to 3 or 5 bil then it would be worse
