I appreciate your honesty and i feel the same with the exception that I am a conservative. Our political system is broken badly and has become an "Us against Them" war in which the only loser is Average Joe. Politicians are essentially royalty now with incumbents getting a "pass" in most cases.

It won't get better any time soon. We are divided now more than ever and finding middle ground has become impossible. I used to hate the back room deals and trade-offs made by politicians in the past but now I long for the return of those days.
