The only known affiliation is that http://www.dibzinternational.com was purchased and registered to Keith Maydak late last year (2014).

Mr. Maydak has no present or past business or affiliation with the Company. Mr. Taylor knows of Keith Maydak
through prior state and Federal actions in NY, NV, PA, & TX.
