You see that and I see they took every necessary step to go through with the Divy....If you check their Facebook Page they posted a link straight to FINRA'S website showing the approval process.....

Just because the company missed a couple of deadlines and arent doing things on the shareholders schedule does not mean this is a scam..... Much like the delays your seeing in VGP*....Which have been going on for way longer then these server delays

We will all find out soon enough after the split....

And all this frustration will turn into faith...
