Could be. I think it involves the following acronym: MMG

It doesn't, as I've explained many times. MMG is a promotional outfit. They are not nice people. It seems the SEC agrees with that; it suspended five or six of their hijacked shells back in 2010.

But although they're into many things, shorting isn't one of them.
