the s-1 need not contain anything but a mention of vietnam as it relates to the business plan and as a potential use for the shares/ money needed via the s-1...details are not required...

vietnam doesnt have to even be mentioned specifically at all...

this s-1 doesnt need to be much more than a cut and paste of the last one...

the only other reason for a delay, other than kim buying time by fiddling around with the s-1, would be that the sec decided to get strict with kim and make him state everything clearly instead of his usual vague manner of speaking which ends up meaning whatever anyone wants it to...

the sec made kim insert stuff in the revised s-1 that he had never released before and wasnt in the first draft either...they may be forcing kim to more "fully reporting" than he cares to be...that would serve him right...it you're going to make the claim then you had better be...and he never has been...

if the sec does take a closer look, that would be bad for kim...he will be forced to be honest and upfront...

and thats gonna hurt
