I would have to say zero. IMO there is no way Benny is going to put anything out without saying something. The print run would have had to run by now with shipping to TRU and Diamond next week the latest. I just can't see it. Also Mort would have said some on his Facebook page because he cares about his followers and he likes the idea of promoting his stuff. I know his book is not part of GSL but if GSL comes out without his book he is going to be one pissed off comic guy. May the earliest.
