As mentioned, lots of good points in the 8-K to indicate that this is a friendly financier:

- the 12% Notes can be paid off in cash.
- the 12% Notes can be prepaid without penalty prior to the Maturity Date (in June).
- the number of Warrant Shares issued will automatically be reduced by 50% if the 12% Notes are paid off by the end of May.
