I'm not whining or crying about it. I am just extremely disappointed (after being invested for 5 years) on how management is running the show with silence. I truly believe in the technology Titan has licensed but do not believe in the management team or their strategy. I have been a long for 5 years and will probably exit and move on. in the near future. It's a very tough decision to believe in a company/game changing technology and then have NO business execution. The reason I am so "vocal" about my opinions is because I am heavily invested and I think some small changes in management(website/PR"s" could go a long way. I just don't think Titan management has the talent or experience in START UPS to maximize our investment. Look at IDRA...great pharmaceutical company with huge potential and they have hired talented, experienced executives who have been involved with start ups. Titan management, although talented in different areas...they have ZERO start up experience. Just because you work for an existing Fortune 50 Company doesn't qualify you to start a new business from the ground up.
The "why don't you sell and move on" comment is warranted but it's not that simple. I am hanging around because I do see potential in the technology as you do but I am not confident in management. I guess I am hoping for the best outcome and waiting for some changes to happen but I am very concerned on how management is handling things. This could be a huge payoff for all of us if management steers the ship correctly or they could completely screw it up and ruin this opportunity. Again, the licensed technology is there, Ximedica, the medical experience is there but we are lacking in a few areas...marketing, start up experience, and PR. As dismal as it may seem...you don't think at this point we should have a better website at a minimum? I know board members are calling management and getting updates which make them feel better about their investment but don't you think this information should be public via press releases? Intuitive and any other competitors already know what is going on with Titan....there is absolutely NO reason to remain silent at this point. Silence is a BS excuse at this stage of the game. There is ZERO reason for silence.
