Wow the deal came together fast. I remember that the rumor only started last week. With PCYC sold for $18B and CBST sold for $9B, one could argue that CTIX is worth at least $27B. Throw in Prurisol and $30B is completely possible. So BK's math was right all along. =)

J&J Acquires Pharmacyclics. This bodes well for CTIX and the whole biotech sector.
