So another CEO Robert Rico lie. Is anyone surprised?

"We have entered into a settlement with a former employee and have since started making the payments to satisfy the amounts owed. A $10,000.00 payment was paid on February 12th 2015."

This is a materially false statement....no monies have been paid to date and certainly not February 12,2015.
