Have you written to the chairman of the board voicing your concerns?

I have to admit the performance for Andy Marsh in the last 6 months has been anything but professional and CEO material. He needs to hand over CEO role to some one new but he is a vital part of the company management IMHO and will for some time be asked to be on CNBC etc to update the world on the Fuel Cell revolution he has been an integral part of.

I hope there is a PR explaining the delay of financials and providing a business update (ie un-audited, may be non-financial numbers such as units shipped, installations going online, new customer names, new vs existing customer ratios) ahead of the 10-K due in 2 weeks,

I am sure business is booming but we wouldn't know it .
