My questions are:

1. The decorticator, is this machine assembled?
2. If it is. Does it works?
3. If it works. Is it standing in a part of the country where
it is NOT allowed to treat raw hemp?
4. If it may be used there, what is the problem? No electricity,
no fuel, no licence, CEO not capable to let it work, or
something else ?
