I think it will be the distributor.
first, he said it would be on CC call.
then they filed 2 amendments at colorado sos,
changed the name,
someone registered a domain name for the new name,
filed incorporation papers in the new name,
and then followed
up with the 8k at nates about the online distributor coming March 15.
all in the last month.
the wild card is one of the amendments said
a r/s was 'executed' on 2/17.
(there are links on this board for everything listed above)
that would put the float here at about 20,000 by most float estimates.
so unless they're planning to move to the naz
priced in the dollars after they start shipping cans,
its all pretty perplexing.
there is a lot going on behind the scenes.
no one is talking about it, but the public documents
are flying all over the place.
