I have to correct myself the suit against TBEV by Alpha Capital Anstalt is filed in the Unitef States District Court Southern District of New York so yes it is a federal case and therefore there are TWO FEDERAL cases ongoing & one federal cross complaint. So sorry I said one federal when in fact there are two I'll admit when I make a mistake. Really it's a red harring whether federal or state issue is ongoing litigation, costs & potential awards when company is producing nothing.
