Hood runs Global investments, Global investments early in 2014 made part of Supurva part of their hedge funds, or straight out lent them money. No idea if it was for a majority interests in SUPURVA or not as at that time Supurva was a pvt company, and as well as I am aware still is.

But pretty sure yes he is involved, as well as possibly Todd V and his investment company/ companies as well. I doubt Danos is even close to being a main player anymore with this company. Its either going to be Lee, or a shell basically owned by investors of some type IMO. Its pretty common sense, that if things where even in process of a merger, the company who ever owns it would have leaked out at least some kind of info, even if it was just to say they are still going through the process of a reverse merger.

As for lawsuits which would effect this possible merger or LHPT, I really cannot find anything which would indicate there is one. Maybe with possible peeps that in some way may be involved in LHPT, but not LHPT directly. Very easy to find lawsuits on public companies if there really are any.

Well still not much to say, mostly just keep doing a little DD here and there to hopefully find good info before the masses do, but not buying anymore then I am already sort of stuck with, which is not much at .0001. Good luck all
