It has not been stated, so far, that HRT/PetroRio plans to completely divest from exploration. It could, for instance (in my opinion) retain a small percentage of their acreage in both Solimões and in Namibia being "carried". Key here, if I understood them correctly, is to use cash only in acquisition of areas that have a track record in the production of oil (mature fields).
