You noticed that! :)
Last year, from December 28 or so through mid-March, the entire sector was on fire. Lots of 100% STRONG BUY ratings on lots of MJ and other OTC tickers. This year? It has been the sh*ts so far. Don't understand why? History has not repeated itself.
