I THINK ITS A MUST TO PUBLISH FINANCIALS, THEY ARE TRYING TO RESTRUCTURE
THE DEBT THEY MUST SHOW RESPONSABILTY AND SERIOUSNESS .
AND THAT THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY A VIABLE BUSINESS.
THEY HAVE TO PULL OUT OF THIS SITUATION, THEY HAVE A JOINT VENTURE PARTNER (PACIFIC RUBIALES)THAT BOUGHT 49% OF BLOCK Z-1 AND GAVE $150MILLION CASH
AND ALSO MAKING ALL THE INVESTMENTS IN BLOCK Z-1.
