Escape81: A provisional patent application was filed on August 20th 2012. The patent application number is 61,691,201. The patent application makes claim to every conceivable product that would use cellular triangulation as it's primary and only means of determining location. In other words any radio device or apparatus that uses Cell ID exclusively would infringe upon GTRQ Patents both Domestically and Internationally. Hope this helps
