Plans to dilute? YES, already announced that O/S is increasing and a R/S is to take place by September 2015. I have been amazed at the price increase since this announcement and have watched it increase (surprisingly) and now dropping (as expected). I expect it will drop to about $0.15 prior to the R/S which I expect they will go the max at 25:1 split. (R/S penney stock splits are a stock killer! 99% of the time)

Buy if you wish. I will watch for a while longer.
