BCCI-Baristas forecasts opening ten new franchise locations in addition to maintaining our existing locations, during the next 12 month period. We will receive a franchise fee of $25,000 for each new location ($250,000 in revenue) and anticipate expenses in supporting each new franchise location to be $17,500 ($175,000 in expenses) for an additional net profit of $75,000 before royalties and other revenues. We anticipate hiring an operations manager as franchise sales are closed.
