Its different when you pretend to have something that was vetted by attorneys, is patentable, but instead you draw some circles on a piece of paper, file it, knowing full well that its garbage. I am not saying that is what happened, I am just posing the hypothetical.

Same for drawing a box on a survey and pretending that it represents a grow house, when you know it does not. Again, not saying that is what happened, just posing another hypothetical.
