I can't reveal the source but i heard it again today that usci is definitly coming back. look at the bashers on rb! they are still bashing a year later! usci is not trading and they are bashing 7 days a week! even the bashers know that usci is coming back! rumor of investors wanting to sell/lease the steamers to quite a few customers of theirs. there is a big demand for it after a private demonstration was given. a very old capped well that couldn't yield a drop of oil starting pumping again. there are over 600000 capped wells in the us alone. lets see what happens in the coming weeks!
