Then you haven't been to the Colleyville area. I think this a splendid choice. Colleyville truly is very affluent. It is close to my job (Hurst, TX) and I will definitely patron when it opens. The closest place for decent Vietnamese food in this area is all the way near downtown Fort Worth in Haltom City or Arlington. Driving for lunch there is usually quite a drive so I am glad to get pho closer, and I am sure the business district in Hurst, Euless & Bedford will be happy to get a shorter drive for pho. Happy hour will be great too!! Go SAMP!! Great News to me!!
