So where is the official PR confirming the completed the requirements to meet those projections?

1mo after should have had a firm commitment PR around 11/24/14 did you see one? I didn't. Full capacity should have been 3mo later: around 2/24/14. So if they didn't follow through on those, which would have been confirmed in a concrete statement PR, then any "several million dollar" claims for annual revenue are unsubstantiated going forward.
