I hear you sir and appreciate all DD and linked info you have provided. After reading about Augme, they acquired HIPP in 2011 for 44 mill, and later HIPP became the centerpiece of the company, hence the change from AUGT to HIPP symbol. 44 mill in 2011 means what, 4 years later although in a Chp 11 situation. Hmmm
