we'll know by the 15th. I would guess if they are doing a private label deal of some kind, its probably for an inhouse storebrand scenario, like big box stores seem to do with many products, 'as compared to' released under their own brand/version but with same manufacturing.

I'm wondering would the private label or licensing potentially
spin off under a different subsidiary/ticker? they seem to be dividing many aspects of production, manufacturing, financing, distribution under an umbrella of multiple tickers. a food chain pardon the pun.
