Please explain which NC law will not allow hemp grown in other states across USA to not allow them to use the decortication machine to process it.

To me it sounds like there are a lot of assumptions about how this machine will play out. Until I see absolute facts about how this will not be allowed to be used until laws are changed, it's just conversation imo!

Of course the entire country will be decorticating their raw hemp using this facility. Its the only machine in the entire country.
