Excellent points, but another perspective is this:

Currently you own roughly .1% of NEOM (500,000/600,000,000).

When the 5B authorization takes place, your new ownership position will be subject to dilution down to .01% ownership of NEOM (500,000/5,000,000,000).

Is it fair to portray shareholder concern in this matter as a democratic revolt against management? Not really - we are just asking for some clarification before endorsing this daunting proposal. With as many shares as you own, it seems you would be asking a few more questions too.
