Wow is right. Joe Spencer didn't quit. He never agreed/signed a contract. Even though mCig jumped the gun with the PR, he still didn't like the contract, and cited quality issues. Not sure what the quality issues are but in any event, he may not have wanted his reputation slurred by whatever insider actions he may have witnessed..
Longs may want to re-evaluate now, instead of waiting until just before Paul's 250 million share lockup expires at the end of April.
Paul's setup seems to be falling apart before he can really cash out.
